We had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back anytime. The island itself is gorgeous, with crystal‑clear turquoise waters, lush, well‑kept vegetation, and a stunning beach on the sunrise side. The natural beauty feels untouched, free from the obvious coastal defenses that can ruin the secluded vibe. The seaplane transfer was a highlight. Every guest receives a beach bike in the right size, even kids get bikes with child seats; the wide tires make exploring the island paths easy, and the kids loved them. The resort’s concept is unique: no traditional front desk—your villa is your reception, and your butler handles check‑in and check‑out. Butler Sarah was exceptionally attentive, always reachable via WhatsApp for any request. The whole team was genuinely friendly. We used the island’s medical services twice, and both times we were helped quickly, professionally, and with great care. Food quality was excellent, menus creative and thoughtfully designed. Instead of a large buffet every meal, most were served à la carte, which we appreciated. The staff were very accommodating for our children, happily preparing special requests or even offering off‑menu dishes. Our pool villa on the sunrise side was beautiful, well‑maintained, and cleaned twice daily. Snorkelling around the island was superb: we saw plenty of colorful fish and sharks, and with a bit of luck, turtles too.

The staff were always welcoming and thoughtful, the overwater villas were beautiful, and the island felt unspoilt; Shafik did amazing housekeeping, Abdu was endlessly patient and knowledgeable as our guest service attendant, and the pancake/flapjack chef made the kids' mornings at breakfast a highlight— we didn’t want to leave.

The place was great, the staff were super attentive, a true paradise, but it was a bit pricey—even with all-inclusive, you still pay for drinks.
