“Lugar encantador. Recomendo!”
The service, cleanliness, restaurant, and breakfast were all excellent, and there was nothing to complain about; even on a rainy day it was great.
“Aconchegante”
The place is perfect for enjoying a chill evening. The chalet is very well equipped with everything needed for a romantic winter night. Breakfast was very good and made with care. The restaurant was also essential at night, because options nearby are very limited, especially during the week and off‑season. The shower heater was difficult to turn on/adjust; we needed staff help twice, but they came quickly and fixed it.
The location of the inn is very beautiful, quiet, calm, and contemplative. The room I stayed in on the ground floor was well ventilated, clean, organized, and the bedding and bath linens were high quality. The window was large and the view lovely, since the inn is surrounded by trees. I didn’t miss anything in the suite, equipped with a smart TV (streaming available), robe, slippers, fireplace, Nespresso coffee machine, wine opener, cups, glasses, mini fridge, small table with chairs and a armchair. The photos reflect the reality of the place. The room was close to the inn’s restaurant, just a few steps away, where breakfast was also served, the highlight of the stay, not only because of the attentive and friendly staff but also because it offered varied options throughout the days (fruit, bread, pastries, cakes, etc). The restaurant also offers dinner, paid separately, at the end of the stay, which also has many options. Wi‑Fi was great and I had signal all the time, inside and outside the room, with no issues. The inn also has a small dog, Tijupinha, and a cat, Carlota Joaquina, both very cute and calm, and although they roam free, they do not bother guests. The ground‑floor rooms’ acoustics are not very good; depending on neighboring rooms, it could be a problem. Breakfast, while great, could start earlier, as it is only served from 9 am. The inn’s restaurant could also operate during lunch hours, which would bring more convenience to guests, since although the inn is near the town center where restaurants are, you need a car to get there (about 10–12 minutes) and, especially in low season, there are weekdays (especially Monday/Tuesday) when those establishments don’t even open.
“Excelente lugar para descanso”
All staff were wonderfully helpful, breakfast was excellent, the sauna was very good, and the lodge’s restaurant and location were beautiful; the only downside was the mattress felt too soft.
“Tudo perfeito: lugar, paisagem, café da manhã, chalé, restaurante. Destaque para o atendimento cuidadoso dos funcionário”
Perfect accommodation! Cozy chalet, beautiful…
