“Adequate for our purposes”

The overall experience was excellent, yet the hotel is starting to look a bit worn down—there’s a taped bench and a damaged desk chair in room 110. I also disliked that I couldn’t cancel a single day of my 5‑night stay because of the rigid policy, and it was hard to locate a direct phone number for the hotel reservation desk.

It was convenient to be near Six Flags, but neither room had water pressure or hot water, and neither the hotel nor Booking responded to my complaint.

“Management needs to be better about noticing who is using the hotel as a party spot”

The staff were helpful and pleasant, yet every 45 minutes during the night I was woken by slamming doors and drunken patrons roaming the hallway—something needs to be addressed. Aside from that, it’s a decent place to stay.

“Ok to disappointing.”

I was happy to find the hotel right where we needed to be, and the room itself was clean, roomy, and free of smells or insects, with fresh towels. However, the first thing that caught my eye was the overflowing outdoor bin and the dirty lobby floors—definitely not a great start. Breakfast was mediocre, with the same items every morning and milk that wasn’t refilled quickly; the tables stayed dirty and the trash cans weren’t emptied often enough. The pillows were too soft and didn’t support my head well, and at $205 a night it felt pricey.
