The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, but the parking lot was awful and they add $20 per night for parking. The elevator in the building we stayed in was out of order, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, and the room lacked comfortable seating.

The place looks run down and a bit ghetto; the room is musty and the AC is super loud.

room is clean, pleasant and has natural lights. Entry cards gave us so much inconvenience. 1st the staff gave us a wrong room - so we had to drive back to the lobby to get it fixed. The next day , card for gate entry didn’t work—we had to drive back to the lobby to get it fixed again. So so much time wasted. I requested for a crib and I HAD to carry it with me because they don’t have anybody to deliver it to the room?? can’t fit it in the car and the bldg assigned to us was at the back the lobby. Walls are also definitely thin, you can hear conversations and furniture moving from the next door rooms

I love how comfortable the beds were, but I had two rooms and we had to exchange one because it smelled and the AC didn’t work.
