The place is very peaceful, open and very clean, and the staff was just amazing, supplying everything we requested. The 45‑minute drive on a gravel road was a bit too much, but once you get to the venue you forget about it.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly. Taryn was very helpful and Peter checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. The unit we stayed in (HornBill) was very spacious and comfortable, and everything you could possibly need for a self‑catering chalet was provided, including two bags of wood and an extra for the boma we used Saturday night, plus a bag of ice. Everything was great, nothing to complain about, and I would highly recommend it.

I stayed in a suburb that felt like a home in the bush, and the food was excellent. However, the friendliness of all staff and the privacy were not up to par.
