The place was fantastic, the hostess was wonderful, I’d definitely recommend it, and the balcony view is absolutely stunning✨ There’s a fridge and a mini kitchen where you can brew tea or coffee, heat food in the microwave, a TV with many channels, and you can request an iron and ironing board. Everything worked out perfectly🌸 Everything was fine

We arrived almost at night in cold weather, and the host welcomed us like family, turned on the heating, handed us warm blankets and slippers, we fell asleep right away and only paid for the accommodation the next day (so unusual, so humane). For those who care, it’s a separate small room on the third floor of the house. The same floor also has two bedrooms where the house owners stay. During the rest of the day it feels like you’re alone. There are also two dogs. The house is a 15‑minute walk from the metro, but there’s a bus stop almost next door. A tiny grocery shop is also very close. We really liked it! I would have liked to change the pillows, but for a few days that was tolerable :)

The location, beautiful view of Tbilisi, warmth, coffee, tea, kitchen, hot water, spacious lounge available to guests, two gentle dogs, a kitten 1. It’s not very comfortable when next to the two guest rooms there’s the host’s room and a prayer altar in front of it, and the host prays several times a day. It’s hard to leave the room without disturbing the prayer. 2. The bed is very squeaky and uncomfortable, the pillows are probably feather, old, the duvet also needs replacement, and I’m not sure if the covers were clean. 3. We booked through booking for 2 people for 1 night at 45 GEL total, but at check‑in we were told that’s the price for 1 person. 🙂
