The service was excellent.

The receptionists Erik and Marcos were great, and Mayra, the cleaning manager, was also helpful.

Nothing was to my liking; the hygiene was terrible, the floor was dirty, the sheets and cushions were filthy, the furniture was broken, the bathroom was glued shut, and the towels were holey. Even though it was non‑refundable, I didn’t stay the second night, the room was paid for, and they wouldn’t refund me because it wasn’t a personal preference but a basic hygiene failure.

The concierge was excellent, and the room—though only medium size—was clean and tidy, with a spotless bathroom, an empty trash bin, and fresh toilet paper. My son and I rested comfortably after a hectic shopping day, thanks to the concierge’s friendly attitude. The only downside was the limited number of TV channels; a more extensive channel selection would have been great.
