The Family Room (6 Persons) offers air‑conditioning, a tiled floor, a flat‑screen satellite TV, a minibar and a safe deposit box. Guests can choose either six single beds or three double beds, and a crib is available; the room accommodates up to four guests. The private bathroom includes a bath, a shower, a bidet, free toiletries and bathrobes.
A relatively small, family‑friendly hotel. A big plus is having plenty of towels and most people respect the rule of taking the towel when they go to eat or to the beach. The breakfast is excellent and runs until 11 am (perfect). Food never runs out; they’re always restocking. The staff are friendly overall. There’s a foam party for the kids. The employees are generally nice. It’s close to the beach (10 minutes walk). Besides breakfast, the desserts are also great. The lines for meals are poorly managed. There are few staff, so the dining area has free tables that only need plates or glasses, but because of the lack of personnel we sometimes have to wait over 30 minutes for a table. This is baffling every time we enter and find the room only half full. The food at other meals isn’t very varied. They have themed dinners, but if you don’t like (e.g., Asian) you’re almost left with no options. The kids’ options are very limited, only carbonara or tomato pasta that they don’t know well. Rarely were there nuggets at dinner, nor burgers. In my view, a kids corner should always have burgers, as it saves any situation. Other less positive points: 1. They start mowing the lawn at 8 am and the noise is unbearable, waking anyone in the intended rest area. They should rethink this activity for the late afternoon. 2. For 7‑day stays they don’t even offer one spa day; I always pay for it. They have two extra restaurants but the TI only includes the grill. Even paying a special TI, you could still go to the other. That’s why it was always empty. It doesn’t make sense, especially for week‑long stays or longer. They should rethink this strategy. 3. I had a particular situation where my son vomited in the car during the trip, and I was a single mother with two small children. I managed to get a service that would quickly clean the carpets in the hotel parking lot so I didn’t have to move the children, and because other places were also closed, the hotel refused to provide an electric outlet for a vacuum. I later found a socket in the parking lot and they said it was only for staff use. It was an exceptional situation. There was a lack of empathy and customer help.
“Ferias agradaveis e relaxantes”
The food was well‑made and the menu offered plenty of variety, while the staff kept the dining areas orderly and prevented them from getting overcrowded; having two adult pools let guests decide whether they wanted a quieter spot or to join the activities. The building, however, shows signs of wear and needs repairs, the gulls are a nuisance, and the bath towels could be cleaned more carefully.
The hotel was pretty, well decorated and clean. The food was amazing, with plenty of quantity, quality and variety. Drinks were good and cocktails were wonderful, made fresh. The pools were spectacular, with good sun exposure and protected from the wind. The rooms need renovating, especially the bathrooms, and the lighting in those areas should be improved. The night entertainment is the biggest highlight.

I loved everything!!!
The food and location were good. I expected more activities, the kids club was weak, and the staff quality was poor.
