Extremely comfortable, spacious, and “clean”; you don’t notice what’s hidden inside from the outside, and the facilities are marvelous, but I think the coffee should be served there instead of in the adjacent building where check‑in and check‑out happen.

“Beautiful, spacious, sparling clean room and modern, well appointed bathroom!”

The woman who checked us in was great; she escorted us to our room, explained the various keys, and recommended a fabulous restaurant.

“Had a lovely stay at the hotel and would stay here again.”

The place is close to the train station and very convenient; the rooms are nicely renovated, it sits across from the main hotel but that’s not an issue; breakfast was good, overall a very nice stay and I’d stay again, though the bed is hard—once we got used to it we slept well, but a mattress topper would improve it.

“Buen hotel de paso al lado de la estación en Ravenna”

Good location, right in front of the station, but the entrance isn’t clear and you have to go to another hotel to check in, which isn’t explained.
