We were in the middle of a change, but the manager and his team were very pleasant, constructive, and eager to help. Thanks to the two of us. Nothing else.

The scenery of the Oisans valley. Before we arrived, we received a call telling us dinner would not be served, so we had no dinner upon arrival even though we’d paid in advance. It was raining buckets when we got there, not great. The caller asked if we wanted breakfast, we said yes, but in the morning nothing was arranged for us. There was no fresh bread, no croissants, not much at all. Booking promised a refund that we’re still waiting for. Honestly, how can you be happy after all that? Avoid it.

A very beautiful hotel, charming, warm, and truly cozy, with an absolutely stunning view of the mountains and a lovely terrace. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The hotel really lives up to its name and keeps all its promises. It’s also very well located for hiking and exploring the beautiful scenery around Les Deux Alpes, the Muzelle, and Lac du Lauvitel. I had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

The hotel was peaceful, the room faced the mountains, the staff were kind, and the nearby hikes were lovely.

The room had a mountain view. I spoke with the manager who told me the restaurant closed in the evening and would refund me; he later texted that he had transferred the money, which I still haven’t received, and when I tried to reach him again I got radio silence—unfortunately, I’m not going to let this slide.
