How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room, bed, and hand shower (in Mexico they usually only use the upper one) were fine. The noise on Main Street was a problem, and there was another unpleasant issue: the water stopped suddenly. It happened, but we learned it’s common here and it took almost 5 hours to resolve, with no solution offered. The staff just pointed to the supermarket next door or told me to wait. I was quite ill and needed water for everything.

The staff, especially Jimena and Gaby, were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had a fantastic time at Hotelito 73. The rooms were spacious and comfortable in every way. The location is great, right on the main avenue of San Francisco and just a couple of blocks from the beach entrance.

The staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent; this is my second visit and I really like the place, with great value for money. Only one day there was no staff, and the room wasn’t cleaned or restocked with paper and towels, but the rest of the days were excellent.

The place is well‑located and super clean. The front desk lady, Jimena, was not friendly, and there was no water available on Sunday until 11 pm.
