The location was fine, within a reasonable walking distance of several sights. The hotel felt very soulless and uncomfortable, the breakfast options at the Abacá restaurant were expensive and limited, and the room was hot and stuffy with ineffective air‑conditioning—overall it didn’t represent good value for money.

The hotel’s location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Pier 39 and also close to the Golden Gate Bridge by bike. It’s easy to stroll around the hotel, and the waterfront is lively in the evening. The hotel remains very quiet. It lacks a few amenities, especially a way to make coffee or tea directly in the room. The breakfast prices were very high, so we preferred to get something outside.

It’s intolerable to have to pay $85.00 per night to park your vehicle, especially considering the room price!!!

The location is good. Booking says breakfast is included, but it’s actually just a token voucher at an overpriced private restaurant in the hotel with an average breakfast.

The place is in a great spot and the toiletries are nice, plus the bed feels comfy. The air conditioning is super loud and you can’t really sleep, plus the water pressure is very low. I stayed for 6 nights and the bed linens never got changed. Being on the lower ground floor meant I couldn’t open the blinds without someone peeking. There’s no tea or coffee making in the room. I even clicked the in‑room TV “not happy” button, but nobody reached out. I’d rather not spend any more money here, though the breakfast at the Hyatt across the street is excellent.
