The blue‑room stay was good, there was a private parking lot, overall it was fine. The review itself wasn’t very positive.

The spot was right off the road, which was convenient, and the room didn’t have a bad odor. Having spent most of my life in hospitality, I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the place showed a total lack of effort. I never expected anything fancy for the price. I’m not picky about bucket‑squat showers, but the lack of care was laughable and many fixes would cost nothing. The walls are covered in dark smudges from years of people wiping unknown stuff; soap and hot water would help, and a fresh coat of paint would do wonders. The clutter in front was confusing—was this someone else’s room? Towels and linens could be swapped for 100 baht to avoid stains. The mattress is old; you feel the springs and the middle is broken—any upgrade would help. I’ve lived here long enough that I’m not easily rattled, but a place like this would scare most western travelers. The photos show newer bungalows in the back, which for some reason weren’t the ones we stayed in. Budget spots don’t always make enough profit to invest heavily, but most of the needed improvements are free and just require care. Sorry for the tough love, but the owner really needs to talk to whoever is running this place.

Breakfast wasn’t provided. The environment and cleanliness were poor, and it was not at all comfortable.

The rate offers are cheap and fair; the rooms look like “tiny house” style and there’s parking right next to your room. The bathroom basin leaks and the towels are bad and should be replaced.
