“Riposo, spazi ampi e posizione strategica per spostarsi nei punti più belli della zona.”
The spot is great—outside Ovindoli and Rocca di Mezzo traffic yet close enough to walk to Rocca di Mezzo, with a nice mountain view and fresh air even during a hot spell, letting us and our dog breathe for three days. The sweet side of breakfast was solid, and the automatic machine made decent coffee and cappuccinos, which surprised me because they’re usually not that good. We only had breakfast, no meals. The dog was welcomed, though it couldn’t enter the dining room, and it seemed happy. The salty part of breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs, was bland. Living in Abruzzo where you can eat great cured meats and cheeses everywhere, it’s better to stick to the offered sweets and skip the mediocre cheeses and cured meats at that breakfast.
