The view, fab that the caravan wasnt hemmed in, very cosy. Very clean and tidy Loved the welcome pack, great idea for guests to know bit more about Lucy. Check in time but understand that it has to be cleaned etc b4 other guests arrive a

Absolutely fantastic location! The caravan is beautiful and cozy and has everything you need for a short stay. There are some lovely walks and you’re really close to Filey seafront. Nothing.

The spot was perfect with a breathtaking sea view, and the caravan itself was spotless and fully equipped.

The location offered good views and was close to the onsite amenities. Unfortunately, the accommodation had a musty odor, the main bedroom carpet was damp as if freshly shampooed, and there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. I knew there was a contact number for cleaners within 24 hours, but aside from the bathroom water, the other issues couldn’t be fixed. The bedroom carpet remained damp when we left.
