Fantastic location, lovely staff, and the food in the café was wonderful and good value, yet the room had several broken items, the towel rail kept falling down, there were no dishcloths or utensils for washing dishes, the glasses were dirty with fingerprints, and the curtains had mould. We left our wet towels on the floor to be replaced while we were out, but no one cleaned our room that day; we ran out of toilet paper, tea, and had wet towels. All small things, but they added up and made the stay a bit off.
