The spot is decent, you can request housekeeping daily and it stays tidy; you get water, coffee, and toilet paper every day. But the night was a nightmare—bright, the balcony glass is frosted but not blackout, streetlights blaze all night, making it feel like the room was lit the whole time and I couldn’t sleep; a blackout curtain would help. The mattresses are hard, like sleeping on boards, and the pillows are huge and stiff, causing neck pain. The beds are large, taking up most of the room. It was the worst lodging I had during my month in Thailand, and I can’t understand the positive reviews. There’s no 24‑hour reception, so complaints are ignored, and on the floor you hear teenagers shouting and smoking marijuana at night. On check‑out we waited for the deposit refund, the staff first checked the room for damage—something we never experienced before. Outside the hotel, the stairs are blocked by crowds of people shopping at 7‑11, with two stores right under the hotel. I strongly advise against it for families seeking peace.
