The spot is great, but the hotel claimed to change the sheets, yet everything stayed filthy with hair and stains; after I pressed again they only swapped the sheet, left the pillowcases untouched and then returned the same dirty ones, insisting they were “new,” and the towels were also stained—cleaning is practically impossible here, very let‑down.

The room was a mess—cobwebs, spiders, ants, cockroaches everywhere, a hole in the bathroom wall that couldn’t be sealed, and hair and dirt littering the floor.
