“Un hotel estupendo en estado decadente por falta de cuidados”
The views from the room were nice, but the location is too far from the center, the hotel overall lacks the care a place like this deserves and looks very run‑down; we had to ask for soap because they didn’t provide it, the lighting was so poor we couldn’t read at night, outlets didn’t work, windows fell out… in short, it needs urgent attention.
“Amazing views of lake Titicaca”
Great spot overlooking the lake – one of the best views in Copacabana. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the centre; a bit dark but we didn’t mind. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit basic, but we seemed to be the only guests.
I was frustrated because public order problems in the city made it hard to get to the hotel, I asked for a refund and got no reply.
Breakfast was good and the alpacas on the property were a highlight; the lake view was also great! :)
