Perfect.
Location and space.

The experience was solid and overall positive.
For such a brief stay, it at least provided a place to rest our heads, but it isn’t a hotel—more like a self‑check‑in setup similar to Airbnb, and when you need something, the host takes a long time to reply.
The location was fine, but we booked for four adults expecting a double bed and a sofa bed; when we arrived only the double bed was ready, we had to set up the sofa bed ourselves without linens, and when we opened it we found a spider inside. Additionally, we were given only two sets of towels instead of four.
