The staff were sweet. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny, with insufficient water pressure to take a shower. Breakfast was okay but limited to toast, boiled eggs and cornflakes.

The location was excellent, near the tube station, shops, restaurants, and bus stops to Victoria and Oxford Street. The single room was adequate. The only downside was that my room was very close to the kitchen and lobby, so I woke up early in the morning to the noise of breakfast being prepared.

The double‑bed room was small, but the courtyard room was quiet as expected, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast (only) was enough for England. The double room was small.

Everything was very good and the service was very friendly. The only issue was leaving a deposit to view the screen.
