“Hotel bonito, calmo e limpo mas acredito que o valor pago é alto demais pelo que se entrega.”
The real highlight of this hotel isn’t its location but a staff member named Xiomara, who was amazing throughout our 7‑day stay. From check‑in she gave us tips on things to do and tours, greeting us each morning with a lot of enthusiasm and friendliness. A big thank you also goes to the two guys who daily helped us with chairs, coolers, etc.; they were very helpful, polite and pleasant. Having access to coolers and chairs saves money on drinks, food and chair rentals, which are expensive on the island. The hotel sits north of the island, away from the busiest areas, which is great for those wanting more peace. The main beaches are 10 to 15 minutes away; Baby Beach and Ponta Sul are 50 minutes away. Cleanliness is impeccable! The shower is very nice and the air‑conditioner works perfectly, a blessing for Aruba’s heat. On the downside, the room is very bright early in the morning; better shading would help. It’s hard to get a full 7‑hour sleep with the room full of light, so more comfort would be nice. The breakfast is tasty, fresh and served at the table, but after 7 days the lack of variety became a bit repetitive—just a note, not a major flaw. On check‑out our flight was at 21:00 and we asked if we could take a shower before boarding, even in the staff bathroom, but we were denied. It was a pity, after a week we couldn’t even do that.
