The whole hotel was a bit dated but still fairly tidy; the elevator was reasonably quick. Front‑desk communication felt scripted and not proactive. The equipment was old, the bed was hard, and the nearby shopping street was a bit far.

The beds were comfortable, and the room (without an extra bed) had enough space. The hotel didn’t honor our reservations properly, forcing us to change rooms twice. They tried to make up for it with a complimentary breakfast, but the second room’s toilet wasn’t spotless—clean but not pristine. The hotel admitted the error was theirs and promised a refund for one room night, yet no reply has come yet. I just hope this is the last time I have to mention it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was great. There was no spot to heat food, so we had to use the microwave in the neighboring CU.
