The staff are polite, but the Wi‑Fi isn’t strong.

The exterior of the building looks nice, but the room isn’t clean. The room smells strongly of smoke, the toilet has a urine odor, and there are cockroaches.

It’s close to the Bangkok spa, which is great.

The hotel’s location is very close to the city and surrounded by many shops, eateries, and massage parlors. The bed is comfortable—not too hard or too soft. The air‑conditioner is very powerful. The building has a lift, which is helpful for those with luggage. The Wi‑Fi is decent enough that I could still do video conferences. The shower’s holder doesn’t hold properly and the soap dispenser was broken, so I brought my own shower gel and shampoo but had no place to store them in the shower area. There are only two power sockets available.
