Top Notch 2 Bedroom Minutes From Central Park

“A great apartment in a good location, we would stay there again!”

Two couples found the setup ideal, with a common area that kept the two bedrooms and bathrooms separate. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were good, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. One shower only had warm water, not hot, and the paint needed touch‑ups. I would have liked a more comfortable living room, perhaps an extra lounge chair.

“Appartement au top”

The apartment matched the listing perfectly. Communication with the owners was excellent and they responded quickly to all requests. The apartment was fully equipped, and the building was secure—no unpleasant surprises. Everything was great, though it was still a bit pricey.

Location was good and the bedrooms and baths were better than acceptable. There was no welcoming brochure with need-to-know information such as the Wifi password. It took about 24 hours to get it. The living room furniture was poor. The sofa had you sitting about 15" off the floor—only one other chair. The electrical outlet in the master bath is coming off the wall. The walls were scuffed and dirty. The TV had Sling TV with no instructions. The living room carpet was stained and filthy

“Disgraceful. Do not book this property.”

There were absolutely no positives at this property. It was filthy, so we couldn't stay there and had to leave for a hotel.

“Appartement de qualité et fonctionnel”

Appartement très fonctionnel, propre, calme et spacieux. Excellente literie des 2 chambres. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec grand frigo et cuisinière de qualité. Emplacement bien situé. Le personnel - bien que physiquement absent - à su répondre à toutes nos demandes et rapidement. Merci à eux. Le matelas King size se dégonflait pendant la nuit
