The location was fine and the staff competent, but the room was filthy with cockroaches, a worm‑like bug fell from the curtain under the shower, and because the property didn’t meet standards we checked out after the first night and didn’t get a refund for the next stay – about $250.

The location was convenient, but I felt uneasy walking to and from my room; the commons area looked nice, yet the walkways were hard to navigate for an adult, and being close to the main street in an unfamiliar spot made me uncomfortable.
