“Une expérience très décevante pour 122 € la nuit…”
The front desk lady was friendly, but we had booked a room and ended up in a studio, which meant doing and undoing the bed, emptying trash, all for a higher price than a standard room. When we arrived, we found a broken window and no heating, and no one answered the phone at night when we tried to report it. The bathroom was even worse: imagine a broom closet that had a toilet and a limescale‑covered shower. When the tap was turned on, spa‑style jets sprayed the person trying to shower and also the middle of the bed—cold water, otherwise it would have been less funny. That shower had more problems. Privacy was a joke: barely a meter separated the bed from the toilet/shower corner, while the sink was outside this tiny space. The bed itself was very small, leaving our feet hanging over the edge. Sound insulation was terrible, as we could hear neighbors moving both beside and above us. Paying 122 € per night for this experience is hard to justify. I feel genuinely sorry to leave such a negative review; I usually share positive experiences and praise deserving places, but this disappointment was too great to ignore.
