I didn’t like the receptionist: after checking in, he gave me the room number and password, but when I entered the room 30 minutes later at 12:40 pm he knocked on the door and rudely asked why I was there. I asked for the room number and key, but he claimed the room wasn’t clean. He questioned why I was allowed to enter if it wasn’t clean, and then he knocked on my door and behaved rudely—please investigate this.

The hotel was closer to the destination than the car trip, but there was a long wait to open the gate for the VHL after 22:00.
