“Great value stay in a convenient location!”
Hotel Antigo Trovatore gave us an amazing stay! Before we even flew into Italy, they sent us directions on how to reach the hotel from various spots, which was incredibly helpful once we landed. The hotel sits right next to the water‑taxi ports, making it super convenient to walk anywhere in Venice. The staff were very kind and offered great tips for activities, like day trips to Murano and Burano. The air conditioning was perfect, giving us much needed relief from the summer heat. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there. On the downside, for the price we paid, we felt the value was great, but there are stairs at the entrance that require you to carry your luggage up from the lobby; after that, you can take the elevator if you’re not on the first floor.
