The rooms are clean and excellent, air‑conditioned and tidy. The stairs have four ramps without an elevator, the breakfast is missing, perhaps due to nearby services. The outdoor chairs available are rusted.

The place was spotless, the owner incredibly welcoming, and he kindly let me check in five hours early even though he could have left me on the street. The environment was super clean, comfortable, close to the center, truly excellent. No flaws at all, flawless.

The apartment was large and cozy, right by the beach and the heart of Reggio Calabria. The spot was quiet and convenient. The owner was lovely and very helpful.

I had great contact with the owner, who let us in after 23:00. The large terrace was wonderful, the beds comfortable, and everything was clean. However, there were no plates or cutlery for making breakfast, and the shower clogged a bit.
