It was amazing, and everything was neat and clean.

I landed in a friendly spot, and the reception team—especially the receptionist and the HK Supervisor—were welcoming, plus they bumped me up twice to a larger room. The AC didn’t chill enough and the sheets and pillowcases had stains, but they swapped them right away. Thanks.
The place was just okay, nothing more.
