“Midnight arrival unattended; delayed entry, no food or breakfast provided.”

The swimming pool was good. I had told the hotel in advance that I would arrive at midnight, but when I got there, no attendant was available to help me. After a long wait and a lot of trouble, someone finally opened the door and let me in, but it was clear they were reluctant. Also, there was no food arrangement for the night, and breakfast was not provided the next morning. The overall experience was very inconvenient and disappointing.

“A Perfect stay”

Rooms are very well designed and pool view is great. Food was tasty and service was also great. Room were not cleaned before checkin. So we had asked them to do the cleaning of the room after check-in

It was very bas experience for my family. Staffs are very arrogant and services were never been on time. Whole experience was bad. They were never accepeted our request either for early checkin and late checout. We had 3 rooms bookes and we had small kids with us
