The room and cleanliness were fine, and the receptionist was attentive and polite. But the place basically just serves as a place to sleep; there's no ice, and anything you need you’re sent to the nearest Oxxo. I asked for a corkscrew and they didn’t have one, and when I wanted a couple of glass cups I almost had to beg because apparently they’re not allowed to lend them. Hot water isn’t available, and the staff is too thin for a hotel of this size. There’s no elevator, so if you’re on the third floor you have to climb stairs with no one to help with luggage. I won’t use it again.
