I left because the entrance door had scuff marks, a broken interior window, dirty floors, a filthy jacuzzi with bad water, and sweat‑smelling sheets; the guy supposed to clean stayed in the flat with a friend smoking shisha and watching TV in bed while I was away. The owner never answered my calls and finally blamed me for a mistake, saying there were several rooms and he didn’t know which one I booked, full of lies, bad faith, and no refund. A real scam!

The staff were very pleasant, punctual, and helpful with any questions. The bed was comfortable, there was Netflix, and the massaging chair was great. However, cleanliness was borderline; a taco was left in the microwave, only one coffee was available so I had to drink tea, and there was no sugar or towel. No bath mat for the shower exit or spa area, so be careful not to slip. One light had a faulty contact and kept flickering.
I liked the Medusa concept, it was pretty. Cleanliness still needs work, there’s no champagne bucket with two glasses. The bedding is average and doesn’t live up to the brand name.
It was a total scam. Don’t go. It isn’t a room, it’s a flat. The door glass was broken, it wasn’t clean, the towel holder was broken, only 2 towels 😡, the robe was too small for a man. I arrived at 18:30. The jacuzzi water was supposedly changed, but I had to wait until 22:00 for it to heat up. At 22:00 the water was 20°C, so I couldn’t use the jacuzzi. At 2 am the water was 21°C. The jacuzzi seems to exist only to charge money. The kitchen area is fine for kids to play with toy food, no coffee mug. The minimum for a €200 booking is lacking. I have even more to say. Don’t go. It’s a real scam 😡😡😡😡. Everything is bad. See my comment 😡😡😡😡.

There was a horrible odor, humidity, and lack of maintenance. The shower area was full of mold, impossible to take a decent shower (bare feet). The balneo area was damp with limescale, full of hair and pubic hair, cloudy water, and no cleaning products. The toilet cabinet was dirty. The sink was in a very advanced state of disrepair with a leak. The breakfast table had poorly maintained dishes. The sticky floor was filthy, with no cleaning equipment on site. The coffee table was probably meant for the trash, the living room was very uncomfortable like a garden lounge. The jacuzzi window was dirty, the supposed iTech lighting was a joke. The flat is not a room as presented on the site, the entrance door had broken glass with shards still present, the PVC was black and grimy, no blinds, and the flat opens directly onto the parking lot, so privacy was impossible. I drove several hours to get there with the associated costs, which is unacceptable. We arrived at 18:30, spent 45 minutes dealing with TV and comfort issues while the host sat in the living room, and we left after 45 minutes of adjustments. I only had two days to enjoy it, but I already lost an hour fixing the bed. The rest of the flat was inspected; the sheets were clean, but the rest was awful.
