The host was genuinely friendly and eager to assist, but there were many instructions to get into the building, which made it hard for a budget traveler with luggage. The bed lacked a duvet even in summer, so the AC made the room chilly. The shower needs repairs, and the elevator only works with coins, which I couldn’t use because I had a card.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this B&B in the heart of Naples’ historic center. The location is unbeatable—central, just steps from all the main sights, the most charming alleys, top restaurants, and everything that makes Naples special. It’s the ideal starting point to soak up the city’s vibe. The place is spotless, meticulously maintained, and welcoming. The cleanliness is flawless, and you feel the care and attention given to guests. The air conditioning works flawlessly, which is essential on hot days. The bed is extremely comfortable and gave us excellent sleep every night. We also appreciated the quiet and privacy, which made the stay even more relaxing. A special thanks to Rosanna, an extraordinary host who is incredibly kind, available, considerate, and always smiling. From the moment we arrived she made us feel at home with a warm welcome, valuable tips on what to see and where to eat, and genuine concern for every need. Her hospitality made the experience even more special. We recommend this B&B without hesitation to anyone wanting to stay in Naples. It’s a place where quality, comfort, and hospitality converge perfectly. We can’t wait to return!
