Beds 9.2/10 · 3 guests mention them
Structure, cleanliness, location. Few staff to handle the high demand at the pool area. Very bad that there was no late checkout. I found it terrible that I couldn’t stay just at the pool after checkout. We would have been eating at the bar/restaurant.
“Amazing Place!”
Everything was perfect, we loved it—amazing place.
“Everything Great”
Everything was great, nothing to worry about.
The room’s owner gave a 1‑star rating, the listing was not transparent and the room had maintenance problems. Our experience with the unit was very frustrating, mainly because the information in the listing was unclear and the room’s condition was poor. The first issue was breakfast. The listing heavily advertised “fabulous breakfast,” which naturally leads a guest to think it’s included, especially since breakfast is common in Brazilian hotels. Only when looking at the detailed listing did we see it would be charged separately at R$ 45 per person per day. The problem worsened when we arrived and were told the actual breakfast cost was R$ 58 per person, not the R$ 45 stated. So, not only was the service not included, but there was a clear mismatch between the platform info and the actual price. When we asked the owner about the lack of clarity on the breakfast exclusion, the answer was simply “that’s how it is,” with no attempt to explain or acknowledge that the listing could mislead. Transparency was missing, especially for a key decision factor. Additionally, the unit had serious maintenance issues: strong mold smell, visible water damage and mildew on the walls, also noticeable in the bathroom. It wasn’t just an aesthetic problem.
“No Complaints”
All was fine, no complaints at all.
