“Nice staff.”
The staff were super friendly, but arriving early we discovered the pool was closed and the best rods were very loaded.

Being close to the baseball tournament was a plus, but the staff were not very nice, the hallways smelled bad, and the pool advertised as open turned out to be closed.

The room was wonderful and the beds were comfortable, but the pool was down and that wasn’t clear when we booked.

The recent remodel was fresh and the staff were very friendly, yet the breakfast wasn’t the best and we had to walk down a bit to reach the downstairs area.

The night shift front desk staff member truly stood out for me - she was incredibly helpful and had a warm, friendly demeanor. Her exceptional service made a significant difference in my stay and left a lasting impression.
