The location is good, public transport nearby, and a large supermarket. It’s on the ground floor, so no stairs, which is appreciated. The single bed is narrower than usual. The cleaning was bad: inside the wardrobe there were dirty clothes and a dirty towel, all piled up. I reported it to the owner in a message but no action was taken. The hand soap container was completely empty, and there were only two shampoo tubes for three people but plenty of conditioner.

The location is great—everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was not good (foreign hair on the showerhead, a lot of limescale, tiles in the shower not really clean). The facilities match the pictures but are already worn down. The beds were okay. The small living/sleeping area is directly in front of a window, so it’s quite visible from the street; the only privacy screen is a slatted wall that can be closed.

The room is tiny but highly functional, and even the very small kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials. The location is great—just 20 minutes or less by tram from the city center and key spots—and the place is fairly clean. A self‑adjusting thermostat is handy for rainy or cooler days, and umbrellas are provided at the entrance. However, there are surveillance cameras at the entrance and on the balcony; the entrance ones might need repositioning. The apartments have windows with adjustable blinds, yet when they’re opened for light, you can see inside. The pillows could be better, and the mattresses are a bit too soft, though not uncomfortable. Sound insulation is lacking, especially from the neighboring room. If you don’t receive check‑in instructions, just call them and they’ll sort it out quickly.

Everything we needed was bad. The place wasn’t very sound‑proof against neighbors, the kitchen sink smelled and drained slowly, and bleach filled the air throughout our stay.
