“Very comfortable and clean room but too many homeless like people hanging around the walkways of the rooms to feel safe”
I had to cancel my second night because I didn't feel safe; there were too many homeless-looking people outside the motel doors and in front of the entrance. My friends didn't want to leave me there after escorting me to my room to make sure I locked the door, and I could hear people walking outside my door all night. I didn't like that I had to cancel my second night even though the motel room was very clean and comfortable, but it was far back from the reception and there was no outside noise.
“I appreciate how I got my money's worth in my stay”
For this reservation, I stayed an entire week as I am someone that not only works remotely & attends school online, but I am also on a trip of relocation. With that said, I felt like I had one of the most perfect room types and locations within the hotel complex for such the stay. It was perfect for my situation. Room was spacious, pretty clean, housekeeping made their rounds around the same time daily and my room was the premium quadruple which means it came with not only 2 full sized beds, but also a microwave and a fridge- which is someone like me who is staying for as long as I ended up and did, worked perfectly! This was my second time vising this hotel but my first time staying this long and I must say that it is a perfect place in relation to the deals these rooms go far being in downtown of thee, palm springs. didn't like occasional noise from the music of the cars passing by with loud bass-filled music but that's a given when you are facing a busy street - with headphones or turning my tv up - that pretty much helps eliminate a bit of that & then the only other thing I could say was the residents above me having a service dog (moved around a lot) - had to take some getting used to. lol
location. the shower didn't work. Long black hairs in tub and on bed. Smelled like old cigarettes

The room was great, the location was perfect, and it was pretty darn clean. Nothing negative.

The hotel is close to Downtown and the Arena District, making it very convenient to walk almost anywhere you need. I had stayed there before, but this time the AC in my room seemed broken—it never cooled below 78°F, so the room stayed at room temperature, which was better than the 100+ degrees outside. Room 121 had a leaking AC condenser above the sink in the bathroom, which I think caused the cooling issue. I didn't request a new room because I was mostly out with friends and only used the room to sleep.
