Our room had a stunning view and balcony—absolutely heavenly! The location was spot‑on, the breakfast ladies were friendly and efficient, and the receptionists were great; I loved being able to relax in the bar’s café area, though I wish there were more drinks available because time didn’t allow. We never had hot water in the sink or shower, it was just lukewarm; the bar area’s water was hot, but our room never had it. We didn’t stay long enough for repairs. The cappuccino at breakfast was never good, and the new café machines the hotel uses fail to make a decent cup.

The spot is perfect for exploring all of Assisi’s sights, and the staff were truly super welcoming and helpful! The hotel was spotless with daily linen changes, and I especially want to thank the breakfast ladies who went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter’s food intolerances.
