We couldn’t enjoy our stay because the room was in unacceptable condition; we found a cockroach, raising serious cleanliness and hygiene concerns. When we reported the issue to the front desk the next morning, the staff was unhelpful and offered no satisfactory solution. We asked for corporate contact details but couldn’t get them. We had to leave and book another hotel at extra cost. I also reached out to the hotel the following day to speak with a manager, but three days later I was still waiting for a callback. The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and follow‑up was extremely disappointing.
