Everything was excellent—accommodation, facilities, the host was very friendly, about a 10‑minute walk to the center, and from the apartment you step straight onto the garden, terrace, and morning coffee. Truly a superb stay in a cozy setting.

“Per descansar còmodament i explorar la zona”

We had a great time in this apartment: it’s very comfortable, the layout is well thought out, it’s cool (air‑conditioned) and cozy. Parking is in the porch right in front of the apartment door, which is a single‑floor layout with no stairs. The best part is the bedroom with a huge double bed and a large wardrobe, plus a small cot next to it. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I’ve seen, though we didn’t use it much. The shower has good water pressure, and towels are provided. The table is big enough for four people. There are plenty of envelope holders—important now that everyone carries phones and everything. The host, Roberta, was very friendly throughout, offering local activity info and even a voucher for a wine tasting we enjoyed (no need to mention how great it was). Communication before and after booking was excellent, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The location is a bit contradictory: it’s a house on the outskirts of town, easy to find, but with a small building behind it on just three floors. Within minutes on foot you reach the center (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy…). The house is isolated and can be surrounded, and there’s a very calm dog, chickens, and some fruit trees. There aren’t great views, but there’s no noise, which is perfect for a holiday. The owners live on the upper floor and were attentive to any needs we had, which we appreciate. The only thing that could be improved is adding a toaster in the kitchen and a microwave for quick heating, plus a freezer. In the bathroom a paper holder and hand soap would be nice. Overall, we found everything nearly perfect.

We were welcomed with great warmth and felt right at home immediately. The communication was smooth: Roberta was very reachable and friendly, just like her family. She gave us plenty of tailored tips for outings suitable for our family. The location is lovely and conveniently positioned for nature and culture in Friuli and Slovenia, with a supermarket nearby. We had a wonderful time!
