The room was very old; I stayed for 6 nights, the linen was changed only once, the room was serviced only once, the window blind didn’t work, the light switch was faulty, the sliding window was rusted shut, the floor tiles were unwashed, the bathroom was ancient but clean, and the place doesn’t look as good as in the photo; I’ve stayed in Cairns many times elsewhere and have never had a reason to complain.

The place was clean and tidy, but the bathroom and toilet need an upgrade.

It was super cheap, so you get what you pay for, and the place was clean with a powerful shower. The room had a slight musty smell, and while the sheets and towels were clean, the two blankets in the cupboard weren’t.

The AC was functional, but the room felt old and worn, with a sticky floor that I had to clean myself, a leaking shower, and no screen doors. The property looked run down and the gardens were dull. It was a dive, yet I felt safe, and the parking was cramped but off the street. I wouldn’t return.
