I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, I found a notice on the office door stating that the hotel had been shut down by the town due to a failed safety inspection, and to make matters worse, the owner had already charged my credit card despite the facility being closed for renovations. The property itself was overgrown and in a state of disrepair, which was very concerning. Overall, it was a frustrating and avoidable situation.

“No worth the price”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the heating was working well, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. However, the bathroom was old and needed a good clean, with dirty fingerprints on the doors. The room itself wasn't very clean, and overall, the place felt rundown, which made it hard to justify the price.

I had a pleasant experience with the staff at this hotel - they were very friendly, and the breakfast was great. The beds were also clean and comfortable, which was a plus. “Very disappointed”

I did find some positives during my stay, like the bed being clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the state of the common areas, which weren't very clean. My room was also quite dark with a low ceiling, and the breakfast was just average. To top it off, I felt that the price was far too high considering the quality of the hotel.

“The location was great. It''s a good place to lay your head after a busy day in the Berkshires”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its ideal location after a music festival. Although the room was a bit old-fashioned, it was spotless and boasted a comfortable bed. The delicious quiche at breakfast and excellent coffee were definite highlights, and the staff's friendly and attentive nature made me feel right at home. However, I was a bit disappointed with the dirty shower and the wobbly toilet seat, and the price seemed a bit steep for what I got.
