The staff’s treatment and the location were positive. The bathroom had no window, and the TV was very small.

Maintenance was lacking. The walls were damaged and peeling, as was the room door. There was a lot of dirt under the beds, sheets had holes and hair. Luckily I brought my own sheets and towels. The bathroom didn’t have a bidet. The shower was very low. The toilet leaked. I called reception twice and no one came. I had to close the bathroom door to stop the water running at night. The faucet was deteriorated, not centered, tilted to the right so the water ran out of the spout. The toilet seat was broken. The TV was a computer monitor, very small. Everything was very old. Broken windows were taped. Honestly, it was only for sleeping, and you have to bring your own sheets and towels. Breakfast was mediocre. The location was good.

Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. The bathroom had some discomforts.

The location is very good. The roof was peeling and the view was bad. We asked for a room change and got one that leaked in the bathroom; it seemed water was falling from the ceiling of the floor above.
