How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was very good, the apartment was clean, and they provided water and coffee. I was surprised to find a glass shower in the building, a single comforter, and that the door couldn’t be locked from the inside. It wasn’t the room I had seen in the photos when I booked.

The hotel sits in a prime spot, just a 20‑minute walk from Città Alta. The balcony room was small, poorly lit with only one bulb, and the wall had visible repairs. The fridge and coffee maker couldn’t both be plugged in because there weren’t enough outlets. The cleaning staff used my charger and didn’t return it to its spot. The coffee maker looked dirty and seemed rarely cleaned. They didn’t change the bed sheets or the comforter.

You are adorable and discriminatory; I love it, thank you very much. I love your honesty.

The location was great. Everything else was fine.

The room overall was fine, the bed was quite comfortable, and the windows effectively blocked street noise. It was very clean. The room is above a restaurant, so to get to it you have to pass through the restaurant, and the restaurant staff weren’t very friendly when we asked, which caused confusion at the entrance.
