The location, architecture and very friendly staff were positives. The lack of cleanliness was a problem; the room wasn’t cleaned until 18:30 after 17:30. Overall the shower was never cleaned in three days. Breakfast was 3‑star level, like a cafeteria with dirty, sticky tables and no tablecloths. The quality and variety were underground for a 5‑star hotel. We had to wait 20 minutes daily for a coffee.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but KOIA outshines them all; the staff’s friendliness, the quietness, and the extraordinary breakfast and dinner were insane. It’s hard to top it. Everything was perfect! From the first moment to departure, this hotel offers everything you could wish for on a holiday.

The very friendly staff, the view, the private pool, the delicious food and drinks, the very comfortable bed, the beautiful room right at the edge (201), the nature‑oriented setting, the clean yet cozy design, the fact that we could occupy our room three hours before official check‑in, and the prompt response to every request and wish were all positives. Nothing negative.
