The staff were very good at handling customers and the hotel is very close to the hospital. There are many good food stalls and shops nearby, but the smell and lack of lighting were problematic.

The hotel had no redeeming qualities; the policies felt restrictive, the staff were unhelpful, the room was dirty, the electrical system seemed faulty, the bedsheets and pillows were unclean, and the pillows sagged.

The location is close to a food stall and walking is easy; the hotel is definitely the best in its category. The only issue was fixing the toilet flush, which required lifting the cover and pressing a manual button, and the pillows were too thin.
