The hotel is very centrally located, just a few minutes’ walk to the Costanera Centre and an easy walk to the Cable Car up San Cristobal, also close to the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was good, the bedding was fine, the shower was great, and the cleaning was good. I stayed 7 days and the pool and hot tub did NOT WORK! I requested repairs from day one, they said they would fix it, but nothing happened. Disappointing! I won’t stay here again. I don’t consider it a 4‑star hotel at all; at most 3!

The location is great, everything is within walking distance, including the cable car. The breakfast is super, and the staff are very friendly; they even sang a little song for my wife’s birthday. Spa and sauna are free for 45 minutes each day. A very nice lady there recommends it highly.

The hotel has excellent facilities that ensure a comfortable stay. The room is a good size, with a comfortable bed and pillows, an excellent shower, and well equipped. The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent and the daily room organization was impressive. Breakfast is tasty and offers good options for a good start. The location is super convenient, 6/7 minutes on foot from Sky Costenera, and the neighborhood is very pleasant. The team is very kind and helpful; we were well attended and welcomed by everyone. I highly recommend!
