Nothing to review since I didn’t stay; the reservation was apparently cancelled two months before and no one informed me. On New Year’s Eve I was told it was cancelled two months earlier, but no one told me beforehand, so I lost money and couldn’t get help because I didn’t contact that day. I was worried about what to do next, unfamiliar with the area, and on my own. I tried contacting the pub the next day, but it seemed unreachable; I just wanted a refund, but after a month I still received nothing.
